A renowned Chhau performer from Bamnia, Purulia, Bhuban Kumar was inspired by his father, Prabhudas Kumar. He founded his own troupe in 1985 and created powerful productions such as Santhal Bidroho, Sidhu Kanu, and Kargil Juddha. He has performed extensively across India.
