A distinguished Seraikela Chhau artist from Jharkhand, is the son of the legendary Padma Shri Guru Kedar Nath Sahu. Trained under eminent gurus including his father, he has over four decades of experience in teaching and performing Chhau. He has represented India in international festivals in France, USSR, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Mexico under ICCR sponsorship. Recipient of national scholarships and fellowships from the Ministry of Culture, he has also been honored by the Government of Jharkhand and the Minister of Culture for his lifelong contribution to Seraikela Chhau. As the founder of Sri Kedar Art Centre, he continues to train young artists and promote this traditional art form across India and abroad.
